Knowing what to eat on Christmas morning can be difficult. I find in my house we try not to eat because we know we’re going to have a big lunch but that tends to mean we are starving by the time we arrive at the celebrations and pig out on all the appetisers! We also don’t want to get into the habit of eating chocolate and other Christmas sweets on Christmas morning just because it’s Christmas. So I went on the hunt to find some healthy options which are going to sustain us until lunch but also feel Christmassy.
